Terms of Use & Legal Disclaimer

Updated: April 14, 2026

Silhouette Rider, LLC (“Silhouette Rider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) grants you access to silhouetterider.com (the “Site”), conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Please note: these Terms contain an agreement to arbitrate and a class-action and jury-trial waiver (Section 8). You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

1. Acceptance & changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use & restrictions

The Site may be used only by individuals of legal age of majority in their place of residence (for example, 18 or older). You agree not to: resell products for commercial purposes; reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content; use data-mining, robots, or scraping; bypass security measures; or otherwise misuse the Site. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted by these Terms.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Silhouette Rider or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. All trademarks and trade dress are proprietary to Silhouette Rider or their respective owners.

4. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may disable any account at any time.

5. Submissions

You are responsible for any content you submit (reviews, images, feedback) and represent that you have the rights to it. By submitting, you grant Silhouette Rider a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content in connection with our products and services. We are not obligated to monitor submissions and may remove them at our discretion.

6. Terms of sale

An order is formed when you place it, we accept it, and we send a shipping confirmation. To order, you provide your name, address, email, phone number, and a valid payment method. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. We charge your payment method when your order is dispatched and conduct standard security checks to prevent fraud.

We reserve the right to limit, reject, or cancel any order — for example, where a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced, where payment cannot be authorized, or where an order appears fraudulent or placed for resale. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is accepted, we will contact you to arrange a refund. Product colors and details may vary slightly from images for technical reasons.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and all content and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Silhouette Rider will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. For any order, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in the related transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Arbitration agreement

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Silhouette Rider agree that disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, not in court and not on a class basis. Exceptions include small-claims matters and claims for intellectual-property relief. Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@silhouetterider.com. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us with your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. Arbitration is venued in San Antonio, Texas.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. English is the official language of these Terms.
